Your family space is private.

Zoe is an early version of a family organizer. This page explains how the app uses the information you choose to save.
What you share
Your account includes your name and email address. You can add children’s names, schools, grades, birthdays, and notes, and send or forward messages. Zoe saves the original message, attachments, useful details, tasks, calendar dates, and relevant contacts such as teachers and school offices. Contact names, roles, organizations, email addresses and phone numbers may be extracted from messages and files you save, including older messages. Add only the information you want your family and the assistant to use.
How the app uses it
Your saved information belongs to your private family account. Invited family members can view and organize it. Zoe sends relevant message content and family context to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to organize messages and answer questions. Vercel hosts the app, Neon stores account and family data, and Resend processes emails and attachments. These services process data according to their own policies.
Voice messages
The microphone opens when you choose to record and stops when you finish, cancel, close the chat, or leave the app. Recordings are sent through Vercel AI Gateway for transcription. You can review the words before sending them to Zoe. The app does not store the recording in your family library; messages you send are saved in your conversation. Spoken replies use AI-generated audio. AI providers process audio under their own policies.
Email and reminders
Zoe accepts forwarded messages from the family’s registered email addresses. The assistant may reply to your message and send a daily reminder email when there are upcoming or due items. You can turn reminders off in Settings. Zoe doesn’t send school or third-party emails on your behalf.
Your controls
You can edit information, archive messages and records, turn off reminders, and export family information in Settings. Contacts are private to your family; saving one never invites that person or grants account access. You can review uncertain details, edit contacts, or remove them. Your edits are preserved and removed contacts are suppressed during future extraction. Archived records are hidden from normal views but may remain in the database and backups. Attachments are retained by the email service. To request account or family-data deletion, contact the operator at zoe@textzoe.com.
Keep your space safe
Use a unique password, verify your email, and invite only people you trust. This is a service for adult family members; children do not need their own accounts.
